Parents and schools need to work together for the betterment of the students. Parents play an important role in providing support and building the confidence of their children. Parents can check out some of these  tips and activities  to develop their children’s confidence and improve their school experience.

A Carroll Parent’s Right to Know

Title I Part A

Parents have the right to:

  1. Request information regarding the professional qualifications of their child’s classroom teacher.
  2. Know the level of achievement of their child in each of the required state academic assessments, and
  3. Be notified if their child has been assigned for four or more consecutive weeks to a teacher who is not highly qualified.

Padres el Derecho a Saber

Título I Parte A

Los padres tienen el derecho de saber que:

  1. Pueden solicitar la información sobre las calificaciones profesionales de los maestros de sus hijos.
  2. El nivel académico de su hijo/a y cada una de las evaluaciones académicas estatales requeridas
  3. Y también la notificación si su hijo/a ha sido asignado durante cuatro o más semanas consecutivas por un maestro que no está altamente calificado.
